    I just had Craig in today and while he is a lovely, sweet guy, the cleaning was unsatisfactory. What he did clean was done well, but there were some obvious and main things that he missed. He didn’t dust any of the furniture in my bedroom; he didn’t vacuum 1/4 of my rug (the dirtiest part where we sit); he didn’t clean the floors under any of the furniture (This part I was there to watch, as I saw him mop around my tv stand, rather than push the mop underneath. Same for couch. Other cleaners I have used go under furniture, and even have moved the couch out entirely to do a thorough job.) He also did not dust my the two small shutters in the kitchen windows (they have wide slats and since he was cleaning the windows they literally would have taken 3 minutes to do them). I had to do all of these things after he left. It was disappointing.

    But the thing I found most disappointing is when I called Jessica to give this feedback, while she was friendly enough, she did not offer to come check, to re-visit to finish the job, to give me even a partial free cleaning in future or to refund me. I found that was not professional of her. That is not how I run my business at all. If I am at fault, then I offer a refund. It’s just good business practice. So while these are lovely, nice people, and the cleaning was 70% well done, I felt that $110 for a very small one bedroom apartment was simply too much.

    Jessica + Craig are rockstars!

    After we have our house cleaned it looks like it was just remodeled. Seriously I’m not sure how the appliances and floors get so clean but I’m forever grateful for their services. We look forward to our visits. Also so nice to be able to have our news or whatever we like on in the background and not have to worry about it offending, we are on the same page!
