At CommuniTea Yoga and Meditation our focus is on Family, Friends, Community and Love. We offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes as well as healing modalities that nourish the body, mind and soul. This is not your ordinary yoga and meditation studio. Our focus is on Kundalini Yoga. This lineage of yoga utilizes heavy doses of pranayama (breathing techniques) mantras, mudras, and postures that work beautifully on the nervous and endocrine systems thus restoring health to the entire system. Along with our inspiring classes we offer complimentary Yogi Tea in our fabulous boutique.  Many private services like Numerology, Astrology and Energy Healings are also available.
